Thanks so much for your support of our musical theater program at Edmonds Heights. It is only through the support of our parents and other volunteers that the magic happens! You are important! Keep in mind that hours may be filled by working for ANY SHOW during the semester, not just the level in which your child is enrolled.

Below are listed the number of hours that would be expected in a normal year. These hours only account for 1/2 to 2/3 of the total volunteer hours needed to run our program. We appreciate all families participating and volunteering wherever they can.

Minimum Expected Volunteer Hours for Parents or Family (per child / per semester / per show):
AMT (Advanced Musical Theater) - 12 hoursPlayPro/They Fight - 8 hoursDA (Developing Artists) - 12 hoursEA (Emerging Artists) - 10 hoursYA (Young Artists) - 10 hoursYA - children's chorus - 6 hoursLDAP (Let's Do a Play/One Acts) - 4 hoursFS (First Stage) - 4 hours

How to Help!

1. Review the Volunteer Descriptions to find areas in which you would like to volunteer.

2. Complete the Volunteer Interest Form. Your name will be given to the Volunteer Leads in each respective area.

3. [required] Complete a SafeVisitor background check if you haven't already submitted one to the school. Filling out the form is very quick, but please allow up to two weeks to receive approval.

4. [required] Complete the Adult Volunteer Guidelines form and review the Code of Conduct on the Family Forms page.
